Venture is a Seattle based general contracting company that has been in business for over a decade. Hansen Belyea began working collaboratively with Venture on various marketing scopes beginning in 2018. In 2021, Venture General Contracting turned to Hansen Belyea to design and develop a new website that better represented their company and stood out against competitors’
websites.
Venture had established themselves through work within the multifamily space, but the public knew less about their commercial work. They had completed incredible work in the realm of constructing high-rise buildings and their current website was not showing this. It was imperative to Venture that their new website reflect what they were truly capable of bringing to the table for clients. They wanted to better showcase their projects and highlight the use of technology and their process including BIM and pre-construction.
Venture needed a website to support its recruiting goals by showing what it’s like to work there by showing their company culture, including DEI and community involvement. Additionally, the site needed to be straightforward for the Venture team to update. Updates on their former site were arduous and projects were difficult to show as they wanted to present them.
Having a beautifully designed site is only one piece of the equation. Harnessing the power to make edits and updates with ease gives Venture’s marketing team the ability to publish information on new projects quickly. The custom-built back-end of this site puts all of the control in their hands. Drag and drop content areas, all with customizable, pre-designed layouts – gives them creative flexibility, and more time to focus on other marketing initiatives.
