Reign Awards refresh

The SMPS’s annual Reign Awards gala recognizes excellence in marketing communications of top marketing professionals in architecture, engineering and construction. With the award show entering its fourth year, the organization decided it was time to update and refine the image of the awards gala. Hansen Belyea created a new identity for the event, expanding on the visual style of the organizations brand.

The Challenge

Celebrating marketing collaboration

Until now, the Reign Awards showcased a crown and needle, but the mark itself lacked a cohesive connection to the organization. Our design exploration took us back to an elementary approach. The new logo celebrates the collaboration of people building powerful marketing programs in our region.
